Lost account
I havent played in a while and wanted to jump back in on the new update and my account is gone login in through steam its a new account even tried the email same thing what can i do i spent a tiny bit of money and worked hard on what i had is there anything i can do? i have tried contacting them and received no email yet

How long are we talking, exactly?

To point it out, this is in the EULA:
3.9 If your Account has not been used up to consecutive 【360 days】 we reserve and you acknowledge that we have the right to suspend, terminate, retrieve or replace the Account, delete or de-identify all records (including but not limited to registration information, Virtual Items, etc.) of the Account from the Seasun Games platform database or take other cleanup measures unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations. Accordingly, the Account cannot be logged in to any of Seasun Games platforms and any corresponding Services are also terminated, and your related information may be blocked or removed. We will notify you in a manner we consider appropriate, including but not limited to popup windows, website announcements, site notices and user notifications, before taking such actions on your Account.

I don't think that means this has necessarily happened, if you haven't logged in in 360 days, and I would usually assume this kind of provision is generally used on dead starter accounts, but it is notable that they do explicitly reserve the right to delete your account if you haven't used it in over a year, so it's a possibility, if that's the case.

Since this isnt really a tech support forum, you should email the devs directly or try contacting them on twitter/reddit perhaps? Doubtful that anyone here can solve your issue

yea iv tried through email ill try through twitter now and hopefully they can sort it out

Hm well, I would generally try the Steam login, and Seasun login if you have that, but it sounds like you already tried both of those.

Them not responding could be support having the weekend off, I guess, or just the ticket taking a while to be picked up by a support agent.
yea im just annoyed ill just have to wait and see what happens because i rather not grind all the way back up and start a whole new account and spend any more money on it just to risk it again thanks for answers and trying to help

have you accidentally picked the wrong region?
no i hadnt i picked the correct region even tried the other one i barely used i talked to support and they sent it off to the devs to look into to
