hello! I would like to know if it is allowed to use mods that change the appearance of characters (skins), on YouTube I saw that there are many skins and I would like to put them in my game

I would say use at your own risk, meaning that you could potentially get your account suspended.

It would be client side not server side, so it will only be visible to you.

If the person was banned, it would be on their Steam account or just on Snowbreak?

I would say just their snowbreak account would get banned but I can't be 100% certain.

Live service gaming mostly don't support any kind of mods.
Of course there are exceptions but i don't see in this game's EULA. It's direct violation of it.

If you really want to take a risk your time, purchases, efforts, nobody at this community would stop you except devs.

There are ban waves announces on the discord server but its for Neural Ranking hackers. It is unsure if there's any ban related to skin mod yet, just dont flawn your UID everywhere, should be okay.
