I've played for a while now, and i have never gotten a character in any banners except Katya and i'm lucky it didn't require double pity. Than you need another 80 pulls for a 50% chance at the weapon. 160 summons to get 1 character if lucky. The rates are beyond terrible. I failed to get the healer girl cause well 60 summons wasn't enough to hit the pity. But at least i only needed 20 for this new one right? Nope... i got a fritia, yay, welp another 80 summons and it's garenteed. Wouldn't be so bad if they gave hundreds of summon tickets in gameplay reward, but you are lucky to get 10 from the login, what a joke.



Nobody wants to play with standard characters forever, game will get boring real fast.

it isnt so bad its almsot like honkai star rail lol, but yeah thats how most gatchas work now days :s, the only banner characters i got so far its chenxing and haru but whit out their weapon :s

Have you unlocked everything including Labyrinth mode in just two days?
Anyway this is my calculation, in summary including all free tickets the game giving out this patch, you will get to roll at least 83 times in this patch as F2P player, not 100% accurate in reality you will get more rolls out of this patch.

I calculated this based on 30 days
-Seasonal task(two times a month if not mistaken, 720 per season = 1440 gems per month)
-Weeklies(490 gems per week = 1960 per month)
-Daily task 30 days (1500)
-Daily checkin bonus (100 + 1 permanent character banner(I will use "perm." from now on) tickets and 1 perm. weapon ticket)
-Event task rewards (just combine all, and don't forget 24 waves mode rewards is already reset once, I got 910)
-Event shop(5 character tickets)
-New story (690)
-Check-in event tickets(10 character tickets and 10 weapon tickets)
-Battlepass free tier(5 perm. tickets)
-Gigalink (4 perm. tickets per month)
-Labyrinth event (200 + 5 weapon tickets)
-New characters trial(40)
= Equal to about 13400 gems in value for this patch.
So instead of going by feelings, I'll let this number inform anyone by itself. I personally think it's very fair, it's just some of rolls are for other banners, not the character alone.
I don't see it as downside, since this allows me to have T2 Space cowboy, it's just take some time.

U should post this in the review or guide to let people know how "greedy" this game is.

It takes some kinda of special "luck" to even reach the 80 pullls pity tbh (not saying its impossible), from my personal experience u'll normally get 5* between 65-75 pulls in character banner, 50-55pulls in weapons. But hey it's gacha, u could potentially get 2 or 3 5* by just 10 pulls :D

Nah, I'm done. I can't scrounge up more gems without dragging my wallet out. Guess I'll skip anniv and I think.. three events? Need to save up until Enigma comes around again.

On my EU save I got Cherno after 92 pulls.
On my Asia save I got her after 125 ish pulls. Only one out of my 3 friends got her within 80 pulls but the rest of us had to pull more than 80.
I don't know if anyone pulled 160 times without getting the banner tho. But I learned you gotta need a lot of gems.

I used to play NieR before it shut down which had a super friendly gatcha and easy to gather a bunch of gems. (The only gatcha game I bothered investing in) I often got the character I wanted although this didn't always happen. My experience with snowbreak is that you gotta pull a alot and it's not easy to farm 1,600 gems for a 10 pull once you already cleared most of the chapters.

Yeah, when you think about it, consider that the first Orange is not garunteed to be the banner character and there's also the weapons banner, 83 pulls just doesn't sound like a lot anymore.

Welp, took 121 tickets but I got it. Pushed through unfinished story with the free operatives as well as reaching phase 10 of tactic eval plus, the weekly reset aaaand weapon exchange tickets.

Pity system is one 5* per round, just not the feature operative/weapon. Depressing, but the gacha is basically "something's better than nothing".

I'll agree that the gacha rate in this game is pretty insane @ 0.7% to get a legendary pull whereas most games are 1-5%. they really need to fix this
