How do you get Bright Star Tickets?

I've tried looking through every menu in the game and there's 3 outfits I'd like to buy but I've never owned a single Bright Star Ticket and I don't know how to get them. I know one is included in a $30+ bundle package but I need 45 for the costume I want.

I get good unlocks on the characters, but buying the outfits or at least attempting to buy the outfits has been very confusing when I just want to give them money.

you can obtain it through monthly pass, only 1x ticket can be obtain daily.
