probably just there because some trolls like to mark any anime game with nudity and hentai tags regardless of content and rating.

Steam should remove custom tags by users. Usually the developer/publisher alone should be able to add and remove tags.
Each other store like PSN, Nintendo, Gog, Epic and so on have it like that and nobody complained
