When this game sells way less copies than "expected"...
Know that it was due to infinitely spawning zombies (without even using guns) and hit chances are that even worse than Xcom's. Of course, you could fix this before release, but I highly doubt that you will. The disconnect between Devs and the majority of their playerbases (not the loud minority) is at an all time high these days.

+1 - hate low % hit chances.

There are 3 difficulties. You have an easy mode to play.

shouldnt need to play easy to be able to hit reasonably often

They have balanced the game and this can be seen in the current demo.
I have finished it on normal and I don't feel any need to play on easy. However, everyone has their own skill and it's great that there are several difficulties so that everyone can enjoy the game.

People like fideo are the reason why so many games are failing.
Devs, make the hit chances better; and nobody likes infinite spawns on a turn based game, especially when hits don't hit...

Glad i read the hub before i even downloaded the demo.
Spares time AND money.

I do the same thing now, saves a lot of the bother of having to refund a brainrot game.

Yeah. I'm waiting to see the reviews (besides people blindly praising it) and decide for sure, but I'm thinking the hit rates are going to be a major turnoff

For me it hasn't been the hit chance, but just how slow movement is.

I went halfway through the first mission before deciding the 4 tiles per turn is just... so damn slow.

I must be in Bizarro World. I'm reading this thread and hearing people actually say things like they are waiting for reviews before getting excited for a new game. Actual logic over blind pre-orders? People actually trying the demo first? A brave new world.

zombie corpses disappear after being killed, that was the first deal breaker for me

Where is this demo of which people speak?

Looks like it was removed on release for some reason.

Seriously? Ooof. Just adds another level of cheapness to it. This looked fun. Like X-Com meets TWD. Instead it sounds like a frustrating time management game instead of a fun strategy game. But if you insist on making endlessly respawning enemies, at least let us see the bodies pile up as a reward for the effort

Man... I hate it when an exciting sounding game turns into a big whiff
