Slate: Is 10 cows + 10 pigs possible on 1 farm?

I'm trying to get both the achievement that I placed 10 cows, as well as 10 pigs on one big farm.

I have currently upgraded pretty much everything to max. I'm now just letting the game run, so Slate can gather more fossils.

But he seems to be reallyyyyy slow doing it, the last cow and pig take FOREVER to get done. He's pretty much the sole reason that the game needs to hit 48hours of gameplay :D

So questions:
1) I saw that others mentioned that fossils are capped? Is this true?
2) How to speed up Slate? (If there's nothing, maybe he needs some buffing in late)

Fossils are capped when ping/cow are not balanced. Just buy 1/1 pig/cow and it's done

I am having the same issue...Not registering achievement if i have 10 cows AND 10 pigs on the farm.

Yeah I have 9 cows, 9 pigs now and Slate is gathering very very slowly. He gathered like 50 fossils in the last 4-5 hours.

Yeah, I have done it. It was a pain however, the only reason I kept it going was to get more achievements. I got both achievements once I finished both cows and pigs respectively.

I'm not getting the achievement either. Currently have 10 cows and 8 pigs. Not sure why it isn't triggering.

I've done 10 cows & 10 pigs. Just takes time. You dont need to 1:1. It is all about time. Took me, two over nights to do 10 each.

With that out of the way, the next farm is just 1 cow, for waste that's it. They are such a drain

I just 100%'d this game. My farm had 10 of both. I went 10 cows first, then 10 pigs.
