What are the best crops for the "endgame"?

Hi farmers! After unlocking all the crops I've cleaned up my farm and only planted the last three (Rhubarb, Zuccini and Kale) so I can easily generate biofuel.

My questions are: Is that a good approach? Should I have more variety? Are there any other crops that provide better performance?

I haven't done the math on this, but I believe khale, rhubarb and red grapes has a slightly higher yield due to the speed of red grapes growing versus zuccini. (10min 40sec vs 13min 18sec for a biofuel yield of 15 instead of zuccinis 16.

Not 100% sure on what the most optimal. Personally my biofuel production has dropped significantly since adding animals for fertilizer and attempting to unlock all the berry bushes.
