Refund resources
Refunding resources when demolishing would be nice, especially since the cost increases.

This especially hurts if you've run out of space on your map and want to rearrange stuff..

You can't just move an item over a bit, you have to move it to a completely empty new spot, then move back (and over a bit) to get the placement you want. But if your map is full, your only option is demolish and build anew. :steamfacepalm:

When you remove something the price of it drops down again. But you wont get the ressources ofc.

In my opinion it makes sense to have a little punishment on moving and destroying things. Makes you plan more carefully.
