Game stuck on Loading

I opened my game after a power outage shut my computer down and now it just shows Loading on the front with Rusty idle behind it. All my progress is lost (I'm not particularly worried about that part). It is letting me build plots but the Loading screen never leaves. I also can not use the Quit button. Nothing happens when I press it. When I try to Load a save from the Main Menu, it shows me a save with 9999 Biofuel and 99999 spare parts, and does nothing when I try to select it.

I have already restarted the game as well as uninstalling and reinstalling it. No luck.

Anyone have this happen, or have any suggestions?

if it corrupted save file the you can delete the save file in
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\MisterMorrisGames\Rusty's Retirement
the file save should be H0-2024-4-26-12-25-55.txt (with similar name depend when you start your save) and by deleting the file maybe it can fix it .
in case you have .txt.bac file you can try restore it if it was before the power outrage.

and if it's config issue i don't know if the uninstall remove they key's from the registry machine but you can try maybe remove them and relaunch the game.
but with the registry part i suggest to do it if you know what and how to do . doing something wrong with the registry can do harm and corrupt your os .
