Other than that try Low Power Mode and change it to 30FPS.
that's my solution and never experienced it again.
That's what it seems to be doing for me as well. With the game running the monitor's responsiveness (such as with window drag) feels like it's at 60hz, even though the monitor is still reporting 150.
Nothing in the game settings affects it.
Oh and I mentioned that the issue isn't present when the game is running on a non-adjacent monitor? That's not entirely true. There is still some lag that's being introduced, it's just not as egregious.
The main gimmick of this game is that it sits on your screen while you do other things. If it impacts my computer's performance in such a severe way when it's running, that's a big "Nope" from me.
