Anyone else have bad performance?

The game looks and runs perfectly fine, but my entire PC is a bit sluggish when trying to do simple, non-intensive things. PC specs below:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX3070Ti
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B550-PLUS
RAM: 64GB DDR4 3600 Kingston
Storage: 4TB Mushkin SSD

Generally I don't experience any stuttering. I'll have it running with Youtube on one monitor and play Overwatch on a second monitor. I'm on a Victus laptop that I'm sure isn't as powerful.

I have the same, makes both my monitors feel like 30-60hz or something. Only when the game is opened.

I have bad performance if I play this game and do smth else on my home pc with ryzen 3600 and rtx 3080 BUT if I do the same on my old office laptop with core i5 but without GPU all works good. no idea why

Glad to see it's at least not just me. This game being open makes my Desktop Windows Manager jump to like 20% CPU usage often causing spikes into 100% overall usage due to making the rest of the computer sluggish. I love the idea of this game, but if it simply being open while doing other things (the entire point) makes the doing of other things all bogged down, I can't see myself having it open as intended. Hope to see a fix for this by release as I'd love to have it open while I work.

The demo seems to slow everything down. Youtube starts to stutter and every window feels laggy.

Not seeing any issues here. 4 monitors, 2 1440 monitors (1 is ultrawide), and 2 1080 monitors (one is vertical). running youtube or Plex in browser on 1, work chats and phone on another, multiple Citrix sessions, outlook, bunch of browser tabs and windows. Ryzen 3900x , 32gb of ram, GTX 3080.

CPU shows .5 - 2% CPU on average and less than 300mb of ram being used.

Oh boy I love the idea of this game and the I'll play this demo til I'm out of things to do but yes - whole computer acts weird while game is on and that can't be the case for the full release!

everything else is a bit stuttery when it definitely should not be while this game is open.
VLC is a slightly lower framerate when playing local media and when playing Firestone Idle RPG (a very low resource usage game) the game doesn't just have low FPS but everything actually moves slower as if the game is in slow motion.

I have the same error. Have a 1080ti and it doesn't go above 30% usage. But the rest of the computer seems to be running at 30 fps. And it is version 1.0 of the game
