That's a good recommendation; I had played Hall of Torment a while back and feels a lot like playing D1/2 (classes, environments, and pixel art style) with a decent rogue gameplay loop. I would call that one more "low" loot than Diablo games or even this one as the drops are infrequent and only one (I believe) can be saved and sent to be re-used in future runs.
That said, it scratches a lot of the same itches, but I like what I've seen in the gameplay loop for Tower of Babel even more.
