i wanna know as well.
i guess skill focus is like u r more likely to get same skill u already learned when leveling.
skill seal is probably u get to seal certain unwanted skill from popping up in the skill selection(probably not in demo yet, demo feel very empty atm)

that way u could probably make it easier to make critical build or dagger machine gun build XD

I don't think so on the seal, since there's already a skill ban count in the player stats page. I couldn't find seal there though, so I'm not sure if it even works in the demo.

that could be just translation error, seal a skill =banning it
