As it is now, this game could be played at LAN-party where friends will decide which choice card is right one and where to go next. Also you could stream it and talk to your viewers and let them choose what will you do next, etc.
It's totally fine that it's not for you - there are lots of games out there that fill different niches, and we knew when we made the game that it wasn't for everybody.
Thanks for asking!
However. While i would also like to experience such a game with rogue like dungeon crawling and fighting with cards with a friend, i see the strength in this game for singleplayer. Maybe they will (and i hope they do) continue this type of gameplay in a sequel or other game with similar mechanics.
Its a great game and i would totally love to play a game like this with different universes, like Sci Fi, and also have a multiplayer then. Maybe even a multiplayer where the other player acts as the counterpart doing the dealing of the cards, playing as the monsters in fights. Or a simple fitting coop mode in such game. It could add a lot. But not this time, i dont think they should now try to fit a mode into the game that is now just not suited for it.
I would rather see them adding more cards, modes or other mechanics and ideas to the game.
