Missing plates!!!

Hello farmers, well, I was enjoying the game in the past days, but I didn't play it for like 10 days, and when I came back today all my plates had disappeared, I can't find them, they aren't in the table waiting to be washed, in my inventory, in the floor or even in the merchant inventory, and I'm stuck since there is no way(I think) to buy new plates.
Is this a bug? Can someone help me telling if there is a way to get new plates( I know you can get from costumers, but it's hard) or something, I appreciate any kind of help.

yes you can get plates from customers but they charge a lot for it and their inventory is randomized every single time
