the parameter is incorrect 0x57

I installed Gameguru and after i launch the game, it stops and i get this message:
the parameter is incorrect (0x57). The steam standard steps dont help on this. other programs dont have this issue on my pc. (win10)

Try reinstalling your MS Net Framework ( or the latest version )
