Is there any way to get the missing model packs from FPSC?
I wouldn't mind buying them as well.

Only the FPSC model packs with the creators permission were released as free.
Any not included in the link below were not given permission for.

So there is no way of getting the missing ones, even legally?

Not unless you find and get permission from the original creators no.
Was there anything in particular you were trying to get ?

Not really, I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to get back into it again.

If you have purchased any of the FPSC model packs in the past for FPSCx9 , most of them can be covered over to Game Guru. You just need to make sure the meshbank files and texturebank files are inside the entitybank folder with your FPE file. You'd also need to change the texture and mesh paths in the FPE files to remove any local addresses they have. So they dont real something like texturebank\texture_D.dds but instead just texture_D.dds
