any popular titles made with game guru?

I want to know if gameguru is worth my time for starting with making games... I want to know if I can make a good story and not have it be just pointless violence or platforming also want to make it look like a game and not a tech demo for the engine like I have seen from the trailers on steam... if theres a way for someone to convince me to buy this for game development, then show me some games that have a unique story and have a gameplay style that isn't just a default copy and paste of the default mechanics of the engine itself

I wouldn't say "popular". But there definitely are titles on Steam, and is completely possible to make one popular if the idea is creative enough.

Is this game made with the stock Game Guru assets? I bought Game Guru and nearly every expansion for the same I haven't seen anything like the assets used in this game.

This one does not use stock assets which is what you asked in your original post ...Thats the whole point ...This is what you asked below right ..

So this is one ... Everything is customisable in GG but you either decide to make a game in a week or spend a couple of years creating a real game ...That depends just how good you are not the software.

im an artist not a programmer so I don't have any knowledge whatsoever so do any coding and the only software I have is gamemakerpro which I don't even use because its not straightforeward like what the trailers for gameguru make the process of making games look like...
