After the tunnel and bridge, on the right, where there are several blue plants, at the very top of the rock you can see something that looks like boxes. But it is impossible to climb this rock. There are 2 potential ascent points, and a path is visible further, but it is impossible to jump higher at both points, the ledges are too high, there is not enough ledge in the middle,
there's nothing to grab onto.

i noticed that too. i dont know if its just an illusion or not. there doesnt seem to be a way up there. perhaps you could you could build a tower to get to it but i dont know if theres a limit to how high you can build

I tried everything. You can’t build a tower higher than the 2nd floor on a train, and you can’t build anything at all outside the train.
There are 2 potential paths up there, but the rock ledge is too high to jump on.
In addition, there is a trap in that rock, a chasm down to the ground, from which you cannot get out if you fall into it.

ye maybe the hard places like that need to have something like a adv capacitor or something a little more to make it worth ya time because that was not an easy one to get to

no thats not it. its just before the base after the tunnel. theres a big rock directly beside the track before you go up the slope to the base. at the very top of it appears to be a box, but theres no way to get up to it. i tried too.

There is a way. You need to build second floor on your train and jump on the rock next to the tracks it is hard to do it, it took me like 20 mins to get there and then it is easy to jump from rock to rock to top.
