Suggestion: Multiple difficulty settings

Add a range of difficulty settings from creative mode where people can muck around and experiment all the way to a hardcore survival mode where death deletes your save file for people who want a challenge , and perhaps add a few special achievements that people can only get in hardcore mode so that people can have something to show for it.

I second this! I love survival-craft games but only buy the ones that provide difficulty customization/game modes. I love gathering, building, and exploring but dislike stressful combat and overly punishing stats, so a way to customize that to each player's preference is much appreciated.
