Equipping weapons

I have unlocked some weapons, but I cant equip them. When I select the squad in Main menu and try to edit the loadout, it just says "No guns to equip!"

How should I do it?

You need to go into Marketplace and buy unlocked gear before you can equip anything other than the default loads. The inventory works across all squads.
