Literally Glitched Out!

I really like the game, I couldn't wait to try it, I love it so far.

I just have this issue, I think, I don't know if it is though, basically I was going through the game, and once I get to the point of getting to the elevator, I was running from the Seeker, it was chasing me, I turned into a dead end and got caught, so I died. Once I reloaded, I was at the very beginning with all the stuff I obtained throughout the game, I had the AI bot, and all the keycards on me. I tried to continue passed the point of using the first hack, at the beginning but once pressing Tab the AI screen had nothing on it to use, so I was trapped pretty much at the beginning.

I did die once before by the Lurkers and reloaded in the same area with no issues to continue the game. Has anyone experienced this so far? Is this a normal event? Please let me know, I appreciate the discussion

Oh that's an interesting one, i'll add it to the bug list for the next patch. Thank you for the feedback :)

Same here, I got upto the seeker part the other day and pressed continue today and spawned at the very beginning of the game. It allowed me to pick up the eye ball but that door doesn't open near it or any other door.

I am having the same exact issue. Once I die it begins me at the start and I am stuck and cannot proceed.

Same here, Died once to the lurker in the basement, got soft locked at the beginning. Reloading from title screen started me at the check point in basement so I was able to progress from there, but when I died to the lurker chase I was fully soft locked and reloading only started me at the beginning again.
