Small Devs don't have a lot of resources to jump through Sony or Apple hoops, has to be a decent expected payoff for all the effort.
I'd love a Mac build as well, but with how well it runs under wine, I'd much rather the dev addresses the stuff on the roadmap.
Asking a small indie dev to release for MAC is completely counterproductive. It costs money to do that and the MAC player base will never recoup those costs for a small dev.
