a doubt about the edit plane

i have a dooubt because in one of the videos in the steam page shows one of the parts rotating smoothly but when im creating a plane the parts It only rotates every 90 degrees and I don't know if you have to press a key to have control and freedom for it to rotate properly.

Maybe they limited it in demo. I saw on their Instagram, that they have more controls in the edit mode.
