Controller Issues

Hey not sure if its a issue on my side or the game but since the last update my Xbox controller doesn't seem to work in game anymore. The joy sticks do, however the A and X button which were Thrust and reverse don't seem to work anymore but the buttons themselves do work so I'm thinking its an issue in game. just wondering if there's something i can do to fix this, otherwise super fun game.

I use an Xbox controller to fly. I have A=forward thrust, X and B are yaw/ground steering left and right. I remapped the left stick press down for reverse thrust. Try remapping your buttons in the key mapping options page.
