What's the final achievement?

I've gotten all but one of them, including cookie clicker and red-blue stone but it says there's still one hidden achievement remaining, what is it? Do I have to reset or something?

The achievement should be called"You may reset now" It can only be done at the beginning of the game. If you have already made progress in your current save file make sure to reset it to get this achievement. If you'd like to save your current save file before resetting use the export function at the bottom of the screen, it's very small text. Now that you reset the game, the goal is to make it impossible to make anymore progress in the game (soft locking). To do it just simply place 8 destabilizes around the first excavator so it can no longer place blocks. If that's the one you're missing, have to do it before you get the ability to demolish machines. Also the export/import save options are IN the fine print credits line at the very bottom of the main menu (ESC from in game). Have to paste it into a text file.

It's not; one of them - the one discussed in this very thread - requires you to soft-lock yourself which prevents any further progress. It cannot be done once you have the ability to destroy buildings. So, getting all achievements will require at least two attempts with one of them being only a couple of minutes long.
