Talents Question

Hello, new here with a question most likely so obvious its stupid for most.

Annoying Interface Dog mentioned during the tutorial that you get 6 Talent Points. My question is:

Is that per Character? Per Run? Or just in total thats it?

I looked around at some forums and such and was not able to find anything other than the Super Secret Spoiler related to talents that I would rather not know now that I know there is one I don't want to know about

Thanks in advance if you drop some knowledge about it on me! Don't want to spend a point on something I think would be useful and wait until I know if they are super scarce.

During the run for 20 levels, you get 6 talents, provided that you do not have heritages for them.

You get a talent point every 3 levels so you can plan for them, if your character dies you reset to level 1 and get them again.
You would need to get to level 18 to get all 6 natural points, there are some ways to reset your talent points on your character so don't worry too much about it.

Thank you both for the info! Especially the breakdown Calfax, that was exactly what I was looking for.

Been having fun with it, especially the starts where you pop down onto the first tile of the run and are standing right next to your death. Haven't even left the stairs and face to face with a geared out orc or some other murder biscuit.

That has got to be the most awkward moment of silence.
