Mother of drakes - you need several drakes familiars.
Mental Disorder and Mother of Drakes are both pretty easy once you get what's needed.
Mental Disorder just requires you to have both the Glove of Liberalism and the Wristband of Liberalism, then fight an Infernal until they change to your friend. That's it.
Mother of Drakes is just as easy to do once you get what's needed. You just need and Third Leg of the Imp, then a blessed Ring of Familiar. Drop the blessed Ring of Familiar onto the 3rd Leg and as soon as you run into a Drake they instantly become your friend. Just run into three and have three alive to complete.
The best way to both get charms and run into monster type enemies is by useing the 100 gold option at the inn. You can quickly run into whatever monster you want this way, the charms can take much longer to find though, to get specific ones. Also to get charms and if you're doing this then you'll get runes too, that is once you have used three Wands of Wishing, the 4th and every following one will summon a Loot Hoarder(same game only, have to do over every new game), they will drop a charm every time as well as 1-3 runes. Also Bears seem to be only monster class enemy I don't ever find charms on.
