Well that's very useful information. I guess I will have to look for one.
I think it behaves kinda weird... I THINK it erased the knowledge of some items that were in my inventory at the time. The items themselves remained IDed, but the same kind of items I found later were unknown.
I have a strong suspicion that this is how the scrolls of amnesia behave as well. It's just that no one bothered to read enough of them to learn that.
P.S. Something tells me that the book doesn't revert any heritages. It DID reactivate my knowledge counters on the heritage page though. Which IMHO is a good thing since that lets me know when to start reading scrolls of knowledge to regain my lost spells.
