I'm guessing you need to go Troll bloodline and talk to some Orc NPC.

If you go Troll bloodline, is the fire vulnerability negated by the Ring of the Elements?

Bind a blessed Ring of Outcast to a Third Leg of the Imp. This is easiest way to find what you're looking for. You can find them in dungeons randomly too.

Ty for your help, I didn't think off talking to Loot Hoarders, but the rest is all done so now I can finish it.
