noob - how to craft?

I just bought the game.

Crafting tab is greyed out. I cant do anything with crafting loot drops either.

How to unlock crating, or a storage chest..?

nevermind. You have to do a quest thats offered once you reset the dungeon at a certain point. rescue the dude.

After the crafting is enabled is good to point out that the materials can be gathered by destroying boulders with pickaxe(metal or w/e), destroying doors/chests/wooden for lumber and destroying items by throwing it on the walls mainly primary equipment(weapon/armor/helmet/shield) and this one is absolutely painfull cause you only get any of those materials when you roll a crit 6 on the trigger action.

I recently got scrap by desarming an alarm trap also. Ah btw, you can store your gold on the crafting guild by openning the craft tab and cntrl clicking or dragging the gold in your inventory, the game doesnt tell you that anywhere.

Wow, thanks for this tip. Finally having a successful run and my stash has so much gold in it I can't store much else. This is a game changer.
