Amulet of Seven Keys

The blessed version used to have 3x damage when stealthed, but it does not show anymore. Was the effect taken off?
Otherwise the dragon hide is a bit underwhelming if a single amulet does all the things the set is accomplishing. Plus in a stealth build that amulet seems almost a necessity, or at least a huge convenience buff.

The blessed effect has never been shown if I remember correctly.
The 3x damage is very situational since this only applies to normal attacks without talents and doesn't benefit ranged attacks.
The bonus is good but it really isn't needed, normal 7 keys is enough for both the agi stealth build and str crossbow hybrid build.
The str builds are better with blackthorn anyway.
