Bug with reels [SPOILERS]

I think i lost a reel in the mines, that's strange how it happened.

I get all the projectors , but i wanted to hear again the whole story , before entering the last door..
And i lost the third reel , since i get one much reel for the f.a.t.h.e.r puzzle than needed , i don't know what happened , and best i can get back the one missing if i swap it with some of the puzzle , but then i'll miss an other one near in the case (if i swap the third with one of the father puzzle i'll mis the fourth...)

Hi exolon, I'm not quite sure I understand.

Are you talking about a projector reel from The Case? If so, you can't take those reels out of The Case and into Loss so it will be in there somewhere.

I'm not sure either , maybe i lost it somewhere, at the begining of the game, before i understand how it is necessary... I will not search for it anyway , since i already finished the game

No, he means the reels you find in Brimclif Mine, not the cinema reels in the case... i think.

Yes i swaped by mystake the reel from the cinema with one "fake" of the puzzle in brimclif mine, and something strange happened with it... anyway

Hey exolon, I'm still having trouble figuring this out. The only reel in the cinema is the projector reel isn't it?

Yes sorry , it is one of the projector reel in the case (not the one for the cinema projector)... That was swapped accidentaly with one of the puzzle in brimcliff mine. As if it is possible

I'm also having problems with this puzzle. One of the reels says Broken and I can't find the Are reel. Can anyone help?

I found the reel. I don't know where I got the "broken" reel. I had put the "are" reel downstair in the case. I did this, because I was going for the Hoarder acheivement and all of the shelf space was used up.

I'm also having REAL problems as far as "reels" coming and going nealy every time I return to this "Fragment" projector puzzle. First time I had 7 reels, but missed the reverse switch at the back, so I wet to finnish next 2 puzzles ("Miner Vigile" & "Conception Pipes Projector"). On returning to the "Fragment" puzzle 2 reels went missing. Replaced the one from store room, That showed up as "Broken". To cut a long story short, I now have 5 reels: 3 "Helps" 1 "Are" & 1 "Torn" . HHEEELLPP

I see this post re-opened so...
I have all the reels...at least 6 of them. The "A" reel is nowhere to be found, I believe it disapeared in the elevator like everybody else!! So impossible to get the two last projectors (+the church projector also glitched, see other post). I don't have recent save and I won't start again a few hours back. It is really really annoying....

Going back and forth made a new "E" wheel appear (which I already had)...but it doesn't resolve my problem

I didn't realise this Mine puzzle was still causing people issue. We'll take a look at the code for it. Can someone just confirm they're running the latest Steam patch here and it's still an issue?

two month ago it was the case yes. I have unistalled the game since.... :/

OK, thanks for the quick reply. Hopefully on update you'll be able to reinstall it and resume your progress at some point :)
