Miners Eat From Metal Plates

so i have to open this door with a combo lock on it, so i found a note saying "miners eat from metal plates". so duh the combo is on a plate, found the plate, 1670, but when i put it into the lock it still doesnt open. i bet im missing something, i dont play a lot of puzzle games.

Most of th epeople having problems here simply entered the number wrong. Could you please do a screenshot and post it here?

@Frog - possibly you have the dials 1 step too high? They should line up with the gold horizontal lines!

Hi Pete,
yes, that is what I thought too and why I asked for a screenshot to check that out. Nice top see you back here on the forums. I am sure that it is well appreciated and people will feel better knowing that the devs are still reading and posting here.

And please, when you are confident to patch the game please don't forget to patch the GOG version as well - this sometimes happens because of the fact that steam updates are much easier to do than the ones on GOG. I know I can count on you guys so just take this as a friendly reminder :)

well i did it like ten times, it just refused to take the combo, so i restarted the whoel game. it worked, so thanks for the help.
