Selecting respawn while giant goat aloowed me to control the giant goat ( which is a bug, it should always be ragdolled ). But do you mean that the toggle ragdoll button was still disabled after you quitted the game and started playing with regular goat?
EDIT: Not being able to get out of ragdoll while giant is intended behaviour.
Yes, that's what I mean. The button also vanished from the rebinding options, there was just a blank space instead.
If you're stuck with a non-functional ragdoll key after restarting the game and not using the giant goat,
check the settings in the following files and try resetting them to the default ones if needed.
