BFF achievement

Thanks all, I got it.
I found a way to get it very easy:
If you need the BFF achievement, you have to start Goat Simulator first, go to Goatwind, your friend has to restart Goat sim after and then the chances are very high that you find your friend in goatwind. If you don't find him after 5minutes, travel back and forth to Goatwind.

So, to let your friend spawn, you have to be playing and the friend has to be restarting goat sim to appear in your game.
Fastests way.

You have to play goat sim and your friend must also play goat simulator (he should start his goat sim after yours) Nothing complicated.
After a while your friend spawns as a goat somewhere (best luck in Goatwind).
Then you just have to lick him
