Yeah i thought that as well but th quest never completed until i pulled out the big fish

Mine completed properly, maybe you found a glitch (GASP) in this other wise bug free game? :)

I somehow finished this without even realizing it, no clue what I did. I was collecting Hourglasses but I don't think I got all 10, however they no longer have names displayed in-world, so apparently I did? I never did anything with Old Goat's dinner though, except maybe add it to my inventory, but I didn't take it to the Queen.
