Somebody else noticed the two really big mermaids?

Its easy not to notice the third one.

It's in the pond right at the entrance to the walkway that leads to Old Goat Mountain, near Slowy Mcslowpants or whatever his name is.

Ah, I was wondering what you meant with the "third one". That one really caught me by surprise. Underwater life scares the bricks out of me, especially when they're underwater.
