Who are the naked guys?! (GoatZ)

I met them and they steal my weapon and got one shot down. :/
Anyone know who are they? They seem friendly when not using any weapon but they will say something like I will report you and gone aggressive.

Can someone tell me where you see these supposed naked guys? I keep hearing about them but have never encountered them

They come out at around day 6 and are harmless when you don't have anything. But when you pick up a weapon they start to shout at you and try to take your weapon. If they take it they will shoot at you making it difficult to survive. They're pretty annoying. idk who they are but they might be a reference to something.

I don't know but I see them appears in Day 7. I use no hunger mod just to test some of the weapons in this game and then...these naked guys appears and steal my weapons and BOOM! He is also immune to zombie too. I guess devs make him a game changer. :(

if you lick/headbutt them it shows their name (Hey, if you want to lick them I won't judge). Also when they talk you can hear them talking about your weapon. (fregdfHEARTBREAKERsfvdsg)

I haven't played any of the games that GoatZ is parodying, but I'm certain those are supposed to be fellow players. You can see the sound icon when they talk, they follow you and dance naked (possible teabag reference?), and they always try to steal your weapons (players kill each other for equipment). I find them quite amusing, especially their "hehehe" and "I report you!"
I guess they're supposed to be Eastern European or something, based on the accent.

They are naked russians, and they steal your weapons, just like people said already.
They keep saying "I report you! I report you! (...)"
If you have a weapon they say "Giff *weapon name*!"
I use inventory when and just store them in it, works like a charm.

You may need soldier goat mod, it's what i use and they can't steal the weapons
