How to get to another city?

I go into the tunnels on both sides, but I get thrown into the same city with an amusement park. How do I get to the 2nd city?

You're already in the second city — Goat City Bay is the map with the amusement park, the dam, and the skyscraper. The first city (or original map) is called Goatville.

But what about the 3rd card? I remember there was a map like a football or rugby field. I'm going both ways, but both tunnels only lead to one city with an amusement park.

You're probably remembering Goat MMO Simulator. From the main menu, select "Play". You should see several map cards there. Just pick the one you want, and it'll load that map.

No, I'm not talking about MMO, I remember exactly when I played on the mobile version there was a 3rd city. There was also a football field. Or was this card cut out on the PC version?

Goatville High? That map was originally exclusive to the mobile version (Buck to School), but with the release of the Remaster, it's now available on PC as well.
