Where is the tall goat? : o

In a video you saw them playing as a "tall goat", but I can't find it in the game :(
The jetpack goat is really really hilarious though.

In the main menu, select custom game and you can choose tall goat from there. Make sure to click the right arrows to have it selected. YOU CAN EVEN HAVE A BLUE GOAT!

Notice though you have to unlock it first. I found some Collectibles and after like 5 or maybe a bit more it told me it is unlocked.

I don't have the Tall Goat on the list of Mutators :c
