Theres also a vase in the china shop with the same model as the wind statue. Dunno if it'll actually count, though

Do you know where the minecraft goat is? /Minecraft goat (also Builed Goat) is located at the windmills (or whatever are they called). Look for a path that leads to a graveyard and in it is a cobblestone. Pick it up and you have got unlocked the goat.

actually there are 3 minecraft goats (aka builder goats) cobbblestone (in the graveyard) wood (near carnival) and dirt (near skate-park)

You have to drag it to the wind area and put it on top of the stone. The wind are is up a path by the blue halfpipes.
