WHen you enter the city from the orignal map, you can jump off the road to your right near a house. This house has a pool next to it. If you go in the house, you'll see the "sugar" on a table. Lick it

I can't find it.

Enter goat city. Hit restart just so I know you're starting where you should be. Walk straight forward without moving your camera. Stop right before the hill starts descending. You'll see the top of a blue building slightly to your right. Jump off the road toward it. When you jump off the road there will be another house between you and the blue building. Next to this house, to your right, is a small pool. Walk toward this pool. Before you get to the pool, turn left. You will see the door to the house. Inside is a table with money and "sugar"
