Ran Out of Video Memory error on 64-bit system

The pinned topic only talks about 32bit OSes, and so does every post. But I am also getting this error. Is there a known fix?

I'm surprised this isn't mentioned anywhere, considering most 32bit windows versions had been replaced or gone EOL before Goat Simulator even launched, and are practically extinct now.

I currently have a 16C\32T Ryzen, an RTX 3090 (24GB vram) and 64GB system memory.
But I guess the game just might not run well on newer systems either, since that only starts me at around 40 fps, which slowly sinks to around 20-25 fps before crashing and complaining about vram.

Was hoping to finished the last couple of DLCs I never got around to playing.

I have a similar issue. Unable to play the game's DLC due to crashing and force exiting due to complaints of vram. The goatville, mmo, goatcitybay, and sometimes the payday work. But the waste of space and the goatz never work for long.
