I actually figured it out on my own! Here's what I did..

In the Goatsville map I started out with the Angel Goat Mutator, I went to the outdoor barbeque party and headbutted the toaster that was right next to the blue tent. This summons the I Am Breads in the map. Simply take the bread to the pentagram and you'll get the quest completed.

Yep, putting some toast into the pentagram works.
