I lost a cow in the middle of the Test Chamber tests on the Space DLC...
Is there a way to spawn a new one, or do I have to restart altogether? I headbutted it while it was tethered to something and it flew through the ceiling and is long gone.

That's the surefire way to do it, although I also lost a cow and after trying hard to glitch it BACK through the wall, the game just gave me a new one. Definitely quicker to restart the level though.

It dosnt help for me to restart i restarts in the testing champer, but noting happens

I think they leave the bugs in on purpose, I lost the robot head in an explosion and its a multiplier
