GoatZ nudist russian dudes..?

After day 5 of Goatz, I noticed these weird russian nudist guys running around and stealing weapons and shooting you with them.
I was wondering what they were saying as they chase after you? I've tried to listen but all I hear is either "I'm a sports boop!" or "I'm gonna deport you!"
I'm just curious.
Oh, and why did the developers put in a bunch of russian nudist guys anyway?
(i find them hilarious although so)

They're Swedish (like the developers) and they're shouting "I support you!"
They're just little npc trolls, a joke for anyone who plays shooter mmos.
