Goat City Bay Trophies

I must find 31 trophies to gain the achievement. I know there were only 30 trophies in this map and I must exit, then re-enter the map for the last trophy. But when I revisit 30 locations, the last trophy never appered. I tried 4-5 times but it still not re-appear. What should I do?

I'm having this same isssue and finally found this note from the WIKI that isn't very obvious or noted in all the guides:

"Important: There are only 30 trophies in Goat City Bay. To collect a 31st trophy to complete I freaking love goats and Collect All the Trophies, you must exit and re-enter the map to make one of the trophies respawn. Which trophy needs to be collected twice seems to be completely random, but since you've already found them all it shouldn't be hard to find them again."

Of course I read that note in the wiki. But my problem is, it doesn't respawn.

I collect all "31" trophies in goat city bay several times (sometimes I reset game progress) and ALWAYS it was weird. I counted trophies 1, 2, 3 etc etc. but after 25 I always had 27... One trophy was count as two. This odd situation ocured only when I start goat city bay map without any trophy (just after progess reset) and collect all trophies without leaving game. I'm not sure did it work when you got some trophies. Of course You can reset your game progress and try my method, but you must be aware that this reset all your trophies and game quests on all maps (only completed steam achievements remain).
