"blue streak" mutator?
so, apparently all it does is make me turn blue and spin in place when I mash Y

my friend is telling me it's supposed to do more than that but I am not sure how.

It's supposed to make you dash after spinning. I forgot how to do it, though, it's been a long time.

I figured, it says you press forward after charging up but I tried it without success.

while you charge it, when you want to stop press forward, DON'T release the dash button until you start running forwards. Sorry if this was too late
